- 25-AUG-20 – Stowaway – Four stowaways were found onboard Antigua and Barbuda-flagged general cargo ship JANINA at Valencia
- 25-AUG-20 – General Security Warning – An Indonesian boat skipper was killed in a botched attempt to smuggle out magpie-robins in the waters of Tanjong Kelisa
- 25-AUG-20 – Robbery – The petroleum/chemical tanker GS FABULOUS anchored in Sandakan Inner Anchorage, Malaysia was robbed of 11 drums of paint
- 26-AUG-20 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – The Home Office confirmed twelve migrants were returned to continental Europe
- 27-AUG-20 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 26 Sudanese migrants were picked up in three boats in the English Channel
- 27-AUG-20 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – Five migrant vessels were tugged into Dover, no reports on the number of migrants recovered

- 28-AUG-20 – Approach – An unnamed MT was approached by a small craft approximately 114 NM SE of Tema, Ghana. A metallic ladder was sighted and an attempt to board was made
- 28-AUG-20 – Hijacking – An unnamed FV has reportedly been hijacked approximately 110 NM SE of Tema, Ghana
- 29-AUG-20 – Boarding – The container ship BAHAMAS in Lome Anchorage, was approached by a small skiff containing 7/8 persons. They attempted to board the container ship using grappling hooks
- 29-AUG-20 – Boarding – The bulk carrier AMINA was boarded approximately 6.9nm NNW of Tanjung Pergam, Pulau Bintan, Indonesia while underway in the Singapore Strait. Six perpetrators with long knives had been reported on board the carrier
