incidents during the reporting period of 21 – 27 May 2024. The following incidents were recorded:
- 21-May-24 – Boarding – Underway bulk carrier GCL LEADER boarded in Singapore Strait TSS.
- 21-May-24 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – Eight migrants intercepted in the English Channel.
- 22-May-24 – Robbery – Dinghy stolen from yacht overnight berthed in Hodges Creek Marina, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
- 22-May-24 – Boarding – Underway barge SERONGONG 8 boarded 17 NM E of Desaru, Malaysia.
- 23-May-24 – Drugs Interdiction – Over 210 kilos of cocaine intercepted in port of Piraeus, Greece.
- 23-May-24 – Suspicious Approach – Underway MV suspiciously approached by multiple dhows SE of Socotra, Arabian Sea.
- 23-May-24 – Boarding – Underway general cargo vessel BASILISK boarded 420nm SE of of Merca, Somalia.
- 23-May-24 – Attack – MV attacked 98nm south of Al Hudaydah, Yemen.
- 23-May-24 – Robbery – Pirates steal oil from tanker off Malaysia.
- 24-May-24 – Attack – Attack on cargo vessel 213 nm East of El Darimo, Somalia.
- 24-May-24 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 288 migrants intercepted in the English Channel.
- 24-MAY-24 – Robbery – Anchored bulk carrier robbed at Dumai Anchorage, Indonesia.
- 25-May-24 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 227 migrants intercepted in the English Channel.
- 25-MAY-24 – General Security Warning – US CENTCOM reports Houthi ballistic missile launch towards Red Sea.
- 25-MAY-24 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 21 Migrants intercepted off the coast of Izmir, Turkey.
