incidents during the reporting period of 28 March – 03 April 2023. The following incidents were
recorded:
- 28-MAR-23 – Robbery – Dinghy and outboard motor stolen in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- 28-MAR-23 – Robbery – Anchored bulk carrier robbed in Callao, Peru.
- 28-MAR-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – Superyacht rescues 16 migrants in the
Caribbean. - 29-MAR-23 – Drugs Interdiction – 83kg of cocaine discovered in the port of Vado Ligure,
Italy. - 29-MAR-23 – Robbery – Two outboard motors stolen in Honduras.
- 30-MAR-23 – General Security Warning – Increased threat of piracy warning in the Gulf of
Guinea. - 02-APR-23 – Robbery – Underway bulk carrier robbed in Singapore Strait.
- 02-APR-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 92 migrants rescued off the coast of Libya.
- 03-APR-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – Italy rescues 32 migrants from deserted island
in the Mediterranean.
