The Securewest International Global Response Centre (GRC) recorded 5 maritime related incidents during the reporting period of 20 – 26 December 2022.
The following incidents were recorded:
- 22-DEC-22 – General Security Warning – Container vessel targeted by bomb threat.
- 23-DEC-22 – General Security Warning – North Korea fires ballistic missile into the Sea of Japan.
- 25-DEC-22 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 15 Cuban migrants land in the Florida Keys.
- 25-DEC-22 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 90 migrants intercepted in the English Channel.
- 26-DEC-22 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 185 migrants land near Muara Tiga, Aceh, Indonesia.
