ABTA Crisis Management Communications Seminar
Securewest is pleased to announce its attendance and co-sponsorship of ABTA's Crisis Management seminar on Monday 31st October 2016.
The one day event in London, will see a number of speakers present on relevant and informative sessions, including:

Securewest's Nick Thomas, Risk Consulting Manager will discuss Post Incident Reputational Management. With reputation accounting for over 70% of the value of a business, an incident will inevitably have a negative impact on the company's reputation. Securewest will look at the “post Incident” process to assist in maintaining a business's reputation. Process includes; debriefing the crisis response team, identifying the lessons, reviewing and updating procedures in light of the lessons, and the subsequent communications of findings and improvements to your stakeholders.
